The winner of the contest will receive $3,000 to fund or further their business plus mentoring from 5 veteran entrepreneurs. A fun twist is 50% of the BizBreak app’s profits will also go to the winner in addition to the $3,000.

Marshall has partnered with the following 5 entrepreneurs which will offer their advice to you and your business if you win. They are are:

How To Enter

To enter you will need to submit a YouTube video to include what your business does, what you would use the money for, and your thoughts on the BizBreak iPhone app. You will then need to fill out the entry form on BizBreakApp.com.

The last step is to share your entry with friends via because the 8 most viewed video entries after 60 days will be nominated along with 2 wild-cards. The 10 finalists will be voted on by the public for 7 days to select the final winner.

The contest started yesterday February 16th and will end Friday April 16th, 2010
